Burford's Blooms Terms & Conditions
Same-Day Delivery
We offer same-day delivery on all orders placed before 2pm Sydney time, Monday to Saturday. All pickup orders can be picked up same day if placed before 4pm Sydney time.
If for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you via the details provided to discuss an alternative.
Delivery Process
At Burford's Blooms, we are a one-woman show (with the occasional assistance from our lovely partner, William, on deliveries when he can). As such, we cannot accommodate specific delivery time requests. While you are welcome to request a preferred delivery time, please note that we cannot guarantee it will be possible. If your order is for a business or corporate location, please let us know at checkout. Business deliveries are completed between 9am-5pm, Monday to Saturday. Residential deliveries are completed between 9am-7:30pm, Monday to Saturday. We do not complete deliveries on Sundays, and any orders received on Sunday will be delivered on the next available day.
Recipient Not Home
If the recipient is not home to receive the flowers, we will leave them at or near the front door if we deem it safe to do so. All deliveries come with a water source to keep the flowers fresh. If we feel it is unsafe to leave the flowers, we will contact you or the recipient to arrange re-delivery or collection.
Changes or Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel any details of your delivery, please contact us via email at hello@burfordsblooms.com.au as soon as possible. We understand that unexpected situations arise, but as we operate with quick turnaround times, we require as much notice as possible to accommodate these changes.
Refund Policy
Unfortunately, once flowers have left our studio, we do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with the quality of your flowers, please take a photo and email us at hello@burfordsblooms.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your order to discuss the issue.
Correct Delivery Details
We kindly ask that all delivery details are correct. If incorrect details are provided and we are required to deliver a second time, it will be your responsibility to cover the cost of the goods and the cost of the second delivery attempt. We would hate for this to happen- so please ensure you are triple checking the details you provide to avoid this arising :)
Flower Longevity
You can expect your flowers to last between 4-7 days, which is a standard for cut flowers - however, you can get even longer if they are looked after as well as possible. For best care, please refer to our flower care guide. We do not take responsibility for the condition of the flowers once they have been delivered and proper care instructions have been provided, so please ensure our flower care tips are followed - you will be able to enjoy your blooms as long as you possibly can by doing this! If you have any questions in terms of flower care, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Flower & Colour Variations
While we strive to create arrangements as close as possible to what is shown online, we cannot guarantee specific colours, flowers, or plants. Due to seasonal availability, the flowers and plants in your bouquet may vary slightly from those pictured.
